A private guided experience for identity realignment and steady reinvention.
• You’re rebuilding after something significant ended• You’re navigating recovery, healing, or upheaval• You’ve left, or been forced out of a life that no longer fits• You feel between identities, roles, places, or chapters• You’re living with uncertainty, transition, or reinvention• You feel pulled in a million different directions• You want clarity and grounding without being fixed or rushedClarity emerges when people feel safe enough to speak honestly. That’s the work I hold space for.

My life has taken me across countries and through intense chapters of immigration control and bureaucratic red tape, sudden displacement and uncertainty, a hostile and painful divorce, and a traumatic car collision that resulted in a broken neck, spinal surgery, and permanent disability.Alongside this, I have first-hand experience of chronic stress and anxiety — not as abstract concepts, but as realities that live in the body and nervous system.I understand what it feels like to exist in prolonged hypervigilance. Instability. Not knowing where or how you belong.I am a child sexual assault survivor.I live an abstinent life, free from alcohol and drugs, and am deeply connected to the sober community. I openly identify as bisexual and support the LGBTQ+ community. As someone who has lived through multiple abortions, I’ve also lived with the emotions they leave behind. For a year, I grappled with the weight of what I would be giving up — the possibility of children, the life I might never have. I allowed myself to fully feel that grief before consciously choosing a child-free life and undergoing sterilization.Even after making the decision that was right for me, the grief lingered.I’ve learned that it’s okay to hold space for something, even when it isn’t meant for your path — without needing it to define you.My sister lives with significant cognitive and physical disabilities. Loving her has taught me what it truly means to support, care for, and live alongside someone whose experience of the world is very different from my own.Navigating grief, limitation, and difference has shaped how I hold space for others — with empathy, patience, and deep respect for how our nervous systems respond to change. My passion for helping others is rooted in lived experience — in reflection, embodiment, and a genuine respect for how sudden or forced change impacts the body, mind, and spirit. What I offer isn’t fixing or forcing.I offer presence. Perspective. And a steady place to land when life feels uncertain or in transition. Most importantly, I don’t believe change is linear.I believe we move through arcs — of rupture, reflection, realignment, and renewal.

This is not advice.
This is not traditional life coaching.
This is not a fixed curriculum. This is a guided reinvention arc — adaptable to both major life ruptures and quieter internal recalibrations. It unfolds in response to where you are, not where you think you should be.This is a steady, private space where you can:• untangle identity shifts
• process endings and transitions
• rebuild self-trust
• reframe distorted narratives
• ask the questions that haven’t been asked
• make aligned decisions from clarity — not fearYou don’t need to arrive with answers. You arrive exactly as you are.
If you’re exploring whether it’s right for you, these may help . . .
You may have tried other programs before. Most people who enter this space have already invested in therapy, coaching, books, or personal development. The issue is rarely effort. It’s fragmentation. You may have gained insight — but without integration, insight doesn’t translate into structural change. This experience is designed to bring coherence to what you already know, mapping patterns and creating a framework that anchors your decisions and identity moving forward. If you’ve tried before, you’re not behind. You’re ready for integration. What happens after the eight weeks? The goal is not dependency. It’s internal structure. By the end of this process, you will have:• A mapped understanding of your behavioural patterns• A clarified identity framework• A decision-making filter aligned with who you are becomingThis is not an emotional high. It is a foundation. Some choose continued mentorship. Others step forward independently. Either way, the work is built to integrate into your life — not exist as a temporary fix.Who is this not for? This experience requires emotional honesty and personal responsibility. If you are looking for quick fixes, rigid formulas, or someone to make decisions for you, this may not be the right container. This is engaged, honest work. It asks you to participate fully. This work unfolds best when we commit to the full arc.

This one unfolds in depth — not urgency. If something in you recognizes that truth,
you don’t need convincing. You need a place to begin.
